8 Hours Later

That’s when the misses surgery is today, 8 hours after her scheduled time. She now goes in at 3pm instead of 7am. This means the boys won’t miss school but I have a lot to do before we go as I’ll have no time for any laundry or other stuff when I get home. My flight to Seattle is at 8am tomorrow meaning the morning will be an early one.

Now to important things, the NFL has become a joke. Last nights game was stolen from the Green Bay Packers, nothing else to say. I guess we can write off this season as like a strike year or something. There needs to be an asterisk next to whoever wins the Super Bowl. Who’d have thought that replacement refs would make such a difference.

I’m trying to stay away from politics but I can’t believe Obama has time to go on the View (tv show) but not meet with Netanyahu from Israel. Maybe Whoopi Goldberg and Barbara Wa Wa can stop the violence in the middle east and that’s why he chose them over the Prime Minister of Israel.

Lacey the lab went to the groomer yesterday and Mojo goes in Saturday. As the misses said, we had two extra kiddos here yesterday until about 7pm as their Mom had surgery. The misses made pasta for everyone and the little 5 year old girl said some priceless things. The misses wrote them down so she’ll put them in when she gets up, too funny.

Time for me to run as I’m getting ready to drift into politics as I can’t stand it. There’s so much lying and garbage going on it just makes me sick. Have a great day and get ready for the misses to do the post for the next few days. I’ll probably get it in tomorrow but then it’ll be her Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Take care and God Bless and go buy some extra food this week. There could be some major unrest (or new war) that starts in the next few days as Israel is getting impatient.

Good morning.  The youngest wants me to let everyone know that his brother has 20 girlfriends.  He, the youngest has his first Student Council meeting today and Uncle T. will pick him up at 3:45.  The oldest is going with Jen to run errands with her mom and stop for ice cream. He, the oldest will also be dropped at Uncle T.’s and Aunt B.’s….Thank you again and again and again!

So…..last night at dinner we were all sitting around the table talking about our day and the word “Hawaii” came up.  Nic, the youngest’s friend a said, “I always wanted to go to Hawaii.” The oldest replied. “Nic, you dreeeeeam about Hawaii.” (a long emphasis on the e) Nic, said, enthusiastically, “How’d ya know?”  The oldest answered with, “I’m telepathic!’ Cut to Hanna (the adorable 5 year old)…. Can you fly? Priceless.

It was fun to have everyone over. However, by the time the Mr. and I climbed into bed He said to me, “Thank God we don’t have four kids.” I wholeheartedly agree.  The grocery bill and the dishes would have me under water so to speak all day and night everyday and night.  Thus the phrase, “Family style” for breakfast and dinner.  Also, I don’t know how  Uncle T. and Auntie B. would feel about having 4 kiddos dropped at there house.   It was fun to have all of them for the day and evening and I probably wouldn’t know any better if we had four.  The Mr. did call me in the early afternoon to tell me that I couldn’t go get a little girl. (Frowny face) Oh well….I am very happy to be the mother of two wonderful boys and ecstatic not to have a little girl that will become a teenager.  Ask my mom….that is not the most fun part of having kiddos…my dad would probably agree.

Gram Annette had a hard day yesterday…you are in our thoughts and prayers, Gram Annette. xoxo

Love to all and God Bless.
