A good game and a rigged game

Back at it, 3 days left in January. Yesterday we watched football and saw the refs anoint the Chiefs through bad call after bad call and then an unbelievable comeback by San Francisco against Detroit. In the 1st Quarter, a Detroit player was taunting the crowd and waving bye bye. That’s when I had a feeling this thing wasn’t over. Karma is a bitch and that didn’t age well. But first, to the Chiefs and Ravens game. I’m officially joining the NFL is rigged club. There were so many non-calls against the Ravens that would have helped them and just as many non-calls against the Chiefs that would have hurt them. It’s clear the NFL wants Taylor Swift in the Super Bowl. What a joke. I could go on, but what’s the point. The NFL would probably just figure out how to edit my post. Go 49’rs.

Lori is in Vail today and I have calls at 9 and 10 and then have a bunch of development work to do on the computer. I think Ty is going boarding and will ride with Lori to Vail. He’s now working six days a week, as the restaurant is opening on Tuesdays now starting tomorrow. They used to be closed Monday and Tuesday, now just Mondays. He’s trying to save money for a car.

Warmed up yesterday and will hopefully be warmer today. I have a dentist appointment tomorrow and then am running down to Denver. I’m still on my intermittent fasting program. I’m only eating between about 8am and noon or 1pm. It’s been about 10 days now and I’m in a groove as I’m no longer hungry between noon and the next morning. Also the no coffee thing has been a godsend. Tons of benefits that I would have never expected. You sleep better, are more even keeled with your attitude, and have no more ups and downs and just overall feel better. I still have a cup of decaf in the morning, but that’s it. Feeling pretty good about it.

6:41 right now. Guess I’ll get moving. Hope everyone is doing well and make it a great week. February is here Thursday! Won’t be long until Spring! God Bless.
