Never give up, never ever give up, and sometimes you just might prevail. That’s what the Denver Broncos did last night. After being down 14 to 0 they kept plugging along and tied the game 3 times. Then with about 30 seconds to go our defense caused a fumble, recovered it and sent 90,000 screaming fans dressed in red into utter disbelief. What fun, as we hate those guys.
Meanwhile Lori was at a dinner and the boys were doing homework or playing around. I made my two trips up and down the hill yesterday and have one more today. Looks like we’re not coming down Saturday night but rather on Sunday morning as we’ve been invited to a dinner with a few families Saturday.
It’s cool and nice up here but not bad at all. Every morning when I watch the news and all the crap going on in the city, I’m so thankful that we were able to make the move. So time to run, I’ll drop the kids at school, be in Denver by 9:30 and probably head out by 10:30 or 11am. This will put me back up here by 12:30 or so. Hope everyone is well, we will be down Sunday for baseball games at 10 am and 2pm. God Bless.
