Off to work

Lori is headed into work today. I have a couple important calls, and Ty is working too. I didn’t go to Denver yesterday as Tom said there was no need. I might run down with Ty Saturday morning to move some of the heavy stuff in Tommy’s basement. Jag has some stuff there that needs to be thrown out in the trash, but it needs to get brought up from the basement and Tommy can’t do it with his knees.

Nice weather up here and it’s going to continue for the next few days. We’re excited to go to Arizona in a little over a week. It’ll be nice to get some sun. We’ll also get to see Robi and Bobby. His birthday is a week from today, if I heard Robi correctly.

I’m working out with Brent this morning at 7. Then I’ll probably stop and see Ty before heading home and getting on the computer and the phone.

We’re seriously looking hard at Montana and Arizona as where to move to retire. Unless Colorado has a serious turn to the right, we don’t see how we can stay here. I think we can end up with between 2 and 3 million if we sell the house next year. That goes a lot further there, than it does here. It seems the quality of life is better in either place. Lori was talking to a nurse who lived in New Hampshire, then moved to Vail and worked at the hospital, and is now in Bozeman. Lori told her, “My husband wants us to move to Montana, what do you think?” She said while they have snow and it was cold last week, the big thing is that people are so much nicer. That makes sense as we have such a transient population here being a World class resort. We’ll see. The ideal situation would be a nice house in Montana where we’re at from May until January, and then a smaller place in Arizona to hang out for the bulk of winter. That’s basically what Mom and Dad did. Never really thought about being this old when I was younger, ha. We’ll see, lots to work out.

Time to get moving. Have a great Wednesday and God Bless.
