Off to DU

Today Jag and a handful of other students are headed down to DU or the University of Denver to tour the school. It’s the oldest college in Colorado and has meaning to our family as that’s where Grandpa went to law school. You see Grandpa was an instructor at the law school from 1955 to 1960 and holds a Bachelor of Law and a Juris Doctor degree from the school. It would be something special if Jag ended up there. God knows he has the communication and debate skills to be a lawyer as he utilizes them with our family every single day, ha! Hope he has a fun visit.

Jag, Lori and I worked out last night from 6:30 until 7:30. The only thing about working out that late is by the time you get home and unwind, it’s like 9 or 10 pm. The wind and snow was something else yesterday, even for the mountains. You could feel the bone chilling wind cutting through your coat whipping down from the high peaks. It’s supposed to decrease today and warm up. Should be around 40 today here in Vail.

Lori leaves Thursday and is back Sunday. I have a lot to do in Denver but Jag has early release tomorrow so I likely won’t make it down until Thursday. We’re ready for Spring up here. The winter hasn’t been too bad but we like the warmer temperatures much more than the cold. Hope you all are well, take care and God Bless.
